Turn your next HMR shake into a smoothie bowl topped with berries or bananas (or any fruit you love) and enjoy it by the spoonful! This fab bowl recipe is a simple and fun breakfast or an anytime snack. This recipe supports the Healthy Solutions, Healthy Shakes, and Phase 2 diet plans. This recipes makes 1 serving at 187 calories.
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 HMR vanilla shake or protein powder
  • 1/2 Cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Toppings: sliced banana, berries, almond butter (P2), chia seeds (P2)
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. 2. If mixture is too thick, add extra water 2 Tbs at a time.
  3. 3. Add blended smoothie to a bowl. It should be thick enough to eat with a spoon.
  4. 4. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
