Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG Riserva 'Antico Bovaro' Bovaro Cantina Negrar, when tasted has a brilliant ruby red color with a garnet edge, has an intense nose that recalls earthy notes, dried leaves and undergrowth, followed by peppercorns, blueberry jam and black cherries, with balsamic hints of pine and resin in the background. A sip of a different register, it speaks of softness and hospitality, it is warm and structured with smooth tannins and a fresh-savory axis that shines with its own light. Endless fruity and spicy persistence which suggests its praiseworthy evolutionary potential.
COMBINATIONS
With stewed lamb leg, beef stew with polenta but also fillet with black pepper.
