The ProForm Sport XT Olympic weight bench with squat rack is designed to help you get a toned body and improve muscle definition in the comfort of your home gym. Made for effective muscle-building workouts, the weight bench offers an easily adjustable 6-position backrest with upright, flat, decline and 3 incline positions. This robust bench with a heavy-duty steel construction features an adjustable preacher pad and a removable curl yoke for targeted muscle toning and has a 6-foam leg developer with an Olympic sleeve. The Sport XT bench is compatible with 7ft (213cm) Olympic and 7ft (213cm) standard barbells and provides added support thanks to a 45mm (1.7”) thick padded vinyl seat and back support. The included squat rack is perfect for squats and shoulder presses and guarantees safe weightlifting sessions thanks to a stable U-shaped base. It offers 9 bar rest positions, and 4 spotter levels and holds a maximum weight of 141kg (311lbs).
